Our pricing is based on four key factors:

  1. Square footage of the home
  2. Price point of the home
  3. Number of rooms/areas to be staged.
  4. Staging package selected


This investment encompasses all aspects of our staging process:


  1. Labor: Our dedicated team handles every aspect of staging, from previewing and scheduling to furniture placement and decor styling.
  2. Rental of Staging Inventory: We maintain an extensive inventory of staging items, ensuring your home is outfitted with high-quality furnishings and decor.
  3. Truck, Travel, and Gas Costs: We cover transportation expenses to and from your property, as well as ongoing truck maintenance.
  4. Other Business Overhead: This includes warehouse lease, team education, administrative costs, insurance, and more.

For a typical 4 or 5 room, 60-day stage, pricing ranges from:

  • $2500-3500 for smaller homes with lower price ranges
  • $3500-5500 for smaller homes with high price ranges, medium-sized homes with mid-price ranges, and larger homes with lower price ranges
  • $5500 and higher for medium-sized homes with high price ranges and larger homes with mid-high price ranges


Please note that pricing may vary based on specific staging requirements, package selection, and property characteristics. Condos and apartments may incur additional fees for extra time and labor.
